Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed after 1pm will be processed the next business day.

Processing times may be extended during peak periods.

 

UK Shipping

Express Delivery

Available on orders placed before 1pm. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next business day.

 

Standard Shipping

Estimated delivery within 2–4 business days after dispatch.

 

International Shipping

Delivery times vary by destination and are typically 7–14 business days after dispatch.

Delays caused by customs or local postal services are outside of our control.

 

Duties & Taxes

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply once the shipment reaches your destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties or taxes, the order will not be eligible for a refund.

 

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

 

Delivery Responsibility

All orders are shipped using tracked and/or signed delivery services.

We are not responsible for parcels once they are marked as delivered or signed for by the courier.
