Yes. Every piece at DE BIASE is carefully sourced and professionally authenticated before being offered for sale.
Where applicable, serial numbers, date codes and other authenticity features are verified and retained on file. We stand behind the authenticity of every item we sell.
Do your items come with authenticity cards, boxes or dust bags?
Some items include their original accessories, such as authenticity cards, dust bags and boxes. Any accessories included with a purchase will always be clearly listed within the product description.
If an item's original dust bag is unavailable, all handbags are supplied with a complimentary DE BIASE dust bag to help protect your purchase and preserve it for years to come.
Can I request additional photographs or information?
Of course.

Do you accept returns?
Due to the unique and one-of-a-kind nature of our vintage pieces, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

What if there is an issue with my order?
Every item is carefully inspected and securely packaged before dispatch. If your order arrives damaged or you believe there has been an error with your purchase, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we'll work with you to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
