At De Biase, each piece is carefully sourced and presented in pre-owned or excellent condition. Detailed descriptions and imagery are provided to ensure transparency.

Due to the nature of vintage and pre-owned items, signs of age or wear may not always be fully captured in photographs.

We encourage you to review all details carefully before purchasing.

Additional images or information can be provided upon request prior to purchase.

 

All Sales Are Final 

Due to the nature of vintage and pre-owned pieces, all sales are final. Once purchased, items are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation. 

Orders cannot be amended or cancelled once processed. 

Gift cards are non-refundable.

 

Condition & Wear 

All items are pre-owned and may show signs of wear consistent with age and prior use.

Natural wear may develop over time, including softening of materials, minor marks, and general ageing.

Certain items, such as footwear, may require maintenance following purchase. This is considered normal and remains the responsibility of the customer.

De Biase is not responsible for wear, maintenance, or deterioration after purchase.

Colours and textures may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, and individual devices.

All measurements are approximate.

 

Incorrect or Faulty Items

If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. 

Please include your order number, along with clear images and a description of the issue.

A faulty item is defined as a defect that significantly affects the use of the product or an issue not disclosed in the original listing.

Items showing wear consistent with age, or details disclosed in the listing, will not be considered faulty.

Items must be returned in the same condition as received and must not have been worn or used. 

Once approved, a full refund will be issued. Please allow 2–4 business days for processing.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Delivery Responsibility

We are not responsible for items marked as delivered or signed for according to tracking.

Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders affected by incorrect information provided by the customer.

Refused or rejected deliveries will not be refunded. Such parcels may be considered abandoned by the courier.

 

Authenticity Guarantee 

Every item undergoes a thorough authentication process, either in-house or through trusted third-party specialists such as Entrupy or LegitGrails.

If an item is found not to be authentic by a recognised authentication service, a full refund will be issued.
